WHO AM I?
Born on March 14, 1965 in Dunkirk in the North, I grew up in a family of epicureans. Many trips already made me aware of the beautiful and good things in life. Studies are not my thing, and it was following an open day at the Saint Martin hotel school in Amiens that the click happened... I returned in 1984 to do a CAP, then a BEP interrupted by multiple internships in the most beautiful Michelin-starred establishments.

After spending many years on the road, crisscrossing France and Europe, I have just settled into this beautiful home in order to welcome you.

The living heart of our Maison, La Table d'Alain is the gourmet restaurant where the chef expresses his love of the finest produce. His inspiration comes from the seasons and surrounding landscapes, from harvests and other finds from local producers. His cooking reflects the perfection of precision, the marriages he imagines from subtle alliances between spices, citrus fruits, hay or fir.

His watchwords: generosity, sincerity, simplicity, to create a truly emotional and sensational cuisine. Each meal is thus an experience, lived through the pleasure of discovery and sharing. Because this is the very essence of our profession. Alain has a long background as a chef, a good part of which he has spent in Michelin-starred restaurants, and he also serves as a culinary consultant in his spare time.
